• No confidential decks, metrics, customer names, cap tables, or unreleased strategy before a mutual NDA.
• Scope calls are privacy-first: voice-only, video-off, and not recorded.
• If there is no engagement after fit review or fit call, the application response and intake notes are deleted immediately after the decision.

3. The fit call is for scope only. Please do not share sensitive details during the call.
4. If there is a fit, both sides sign a mutual NDA before sensitive materials or private proof are shared.
5. After NDA, serious buyers receive limited private proof and a final scope.
6. After invoice payment, the sprint begins and you receive the memo, redlines, and live Q&A.

If the sprint does not move forward, the application response and non-confidential intake notes are deleted immediately after the decision. Tactical review starts only after NDA and payment.
